By booking with MinibusCirencester.com, you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all journeys arranged via our website, phone, or email. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.


1. Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cash payments must be made in full upon the arrival of the driver. No part payments are accepted.
  • Drivers have the right to refuse the journey if full payment is not made on arrival.
  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before the vehicle departs.

2. Journey Details & Extra Charges

  • Your booking covers only the agreed journey outlined in your confirmation.
  • Any extra drop-offs, unplanned stops, or route changes will incur additional charges, to be agreed with our booking office during the journey.
  • Extra charges are typically payable in cash to the driver

3. Delays & Service Disruptions

MinibusCirencester.com is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road accidents
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failure
  • Events beyond our control

If a vehicle is delayed by over 60 minutes, and we are unable to provide a replacement within 90 minutes, and you arrange your own transport, we may refund your deposit only, at our discretion.

We accept no liability for any losses resulting from delays, including:

  • Missed flights or connections
  • Missed appointments or events
  • Additional travel or accommodation costs

If the vehicle breaks down prior to or during the journey and we cannot provide an alternative, no compensation will be paid. A deposit refund may be considered, at management’s discretion.


4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • 21+ days prior to travel: 25% of total booking
  • 14–20 days prior to travel: 50% of total booking
  • 7–13 days prior to travel: 75% of total booking
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of total booking

All cancellation fees are based on the full value of the confirmed booking

Additionally:
  • Any third-party charges (venues, hotels, etc.) are your responsibility.
  • Processing fees (e.g. card or bank transfer charges) are non-refundable.

5. Damage, Spillage & Cleaning Fees

  • Passengers are responsible for any damage or spillage caused inside the vehicle.
  • A minimum charge of £50 applies for cleaning spills, including water, soft drinks, alcohol, etc.
  • These charges are payable directly to the driver in cash.

6. Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs

  • No alcohol is allowed on board unless explicitly agreed during booking.
  • Even with prior agreement, alcohol may be disallowed at the driver’s discretion.
  • It is illegal to consume alcohol en route to sporting events.
  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
  • The use of drugs is strictly forbidden at all times.

Violation of these rules may result in:

  • Immediate termination of the journey
  • No refund of booking costs
  • Full payment of any outstanding balance

7. Additional Drop-offs, Wait Time & Re-routing

  • Unscheduled drop-offs incur a fee of £10–£25 per stop, payable to the driver.
  • If the customer requests the driver to wait or remain longer than booked:
  • £50 minimum charge for the first hour
  • £50 per hour thereafter (subject to driver availability)
  • All additional time or mileage charges must be paid in cash to the driver

8. Travel Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to:

  • These MinibusCirencester.com Terms, and
  • Any specific terms of third-party suppliers involved in your travel (if applicable).

You are responsible for reading and agreeing to both before booking.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
